I’m highly disappointed with the Bank Al Habib app. Despite successfully logging in, I can’t access my account. The app immediately directs me to perform biometric verification, but it gets stuck on that screen, making it impossible to proceed.

My funds are essentially locked due to this faulty app. If online banking isn’t supported properly, just inform users so we can make alternative arrangements. As it stands, it feels like I have no choice but to visit the bank in person to withdraw my funds. This is extremely frustrating and needs urgent attention.

There’s lots of things they have to fix. There biometrics is not working out side of Pakistan,that’s very frustrating and this makes me to never ever use this bank and app, i lost my own access from past two weeks and no one responds me.
