It is really awesome to have this app. When it works, which is most of the time, it is really incredible. But sometimes it disconnects and there’s no rhyme or reason. Other people in my family have a hard time keeping their app live and operational. I, being the primary user, don’t run into that much. But they do. Just keep making it easy, intuitive, and a no-brainer. It is a great product.

I’ve been really pleased with the Aladdin app. At first, I was concerned because it didn’t seem to stay connected after every few weeks. Those bugs have been worked out and it maintains communication with my Wi-Fi and the units well. I have two garage doors and two separate units and it’s very responsive and simple user interface. It be nice to see more features and functionality added to it. It does not work well with my Alexa, but that’s probably an Alexa problem because Alexa doesn’t work well with much of anything. I’m happy with it. I’ve recommended it to others. my only complaint is I would love to see more features for the price you pay for these things.

It’s a decent product except I have to pull out my phone when I drive up to my house. Would be nice to have it work with my CarPlay. I also don’t see who opened a door, was it me or my wife? Shouldn’t it show which user or remote opened the door? I had to install a camera in the garage to figure it out. I hope there are enhancements coming one day.

This garage door opener is great! The app is very user friendly and the added convenience, comfort, and safety with being able to operate and check the status of my garage door from anywhere has truly made the difference. This upgrade is a definite must! Sincerely, A very satisfied customer!

The app randomly removed my door from my account but if I try to register it again it says it’s still associated to my account. Customer service has a 2hr plus wait time.

The app cannot properly detect if my garage door is closed or open. I am using opener model 1155. I command it to close an open door. The app says command accepted, then the door is closed after some light flashing and beeping but then I get a timeout notice on the app despite the door actually going from open to close successfully. After this I am locked out from using the opener via the app due to the prior failure and I have to remove the opener from the app and unplug the opener from the wall socket just to successfully reconnect the opener to Aladdin connect. Either my door sensor is off or this app is junk or both. I have tried reprogramming my opener and reconfiguring the down and up and force but no luck with the app. The opener works 100% fine with regular remotes and wall opener though.

I like the app in general but wish you could set a warning when the door is left open like My-Q can.

I love the garage door opener. Just connected to my Alexa app for even more flexibility.

Shortcut does not work anymore. Saying Unable to operate the door. Please delete and re-add the shortcut again. but delete and add again never work
