## AlarmFit Description
Stop oversleeping with a healthy habit. The alarm that forces you out of bed.

THE PROBLEM

You set alarms with the best intentions. But every morning, the same thing happens: snooze, snooze, snooze. You wake up late, groggy, and already behind. You've tried loud alarms, math puzzles, even placing your phone across the room. Nothing sticks because none of them actually wake up your body.

The real issue isn't hearing the alarm. It's getting out of bed and staying up.

THE SOLUTION

AlarmFit forces you to physically move before the alarm stops. No snooze button. No shortcuts. Just real repetitions, counted by your camera in real time.

By the time you finish, you're out of bed on time and actually awake. Your day has already started with a small win. Every single morning.

HOW IT WORKS

Set your alarm: Choose your wake-up time, sound, exercise and how many repetitions you need to complete

Wake up and move: When the alarm rings, it won't stop until you finish your exercise

Real-time detection: Your camera tracks every rep automatically using body pose detection. No manual counting, no cheating

Build consistency: Track your streak, consistency score and morning patterns over time

KEY FEATURES

• Body Detection: Your camera counts every repetition in real time. Accurate, hands-free, no wearable needed

• Unstoppable Alarm: The alarm keeps ringing until you complete your exercise. No snooze, no skip

• Progressive Overload: Your exercise count increases gradually over time so you get stronger without even planning to

• Tracking & Accountability: See your streak, consistency score, and morning data. Watch your wake-up routine improve

• Custom Alarm Sounds: Choose from a library of loud alarm sounds or upload your own sound

• Volume Boost: Push volume up to 120% so you never sleep through it

• Free Workout Mode: Do exercise anytime outside of alarms to build extra strength

• Beautiful, Minimal Design: Dark interface designed for groggy morning eyes

WHO IS THIS FOR?

AlarmFit is for anyone who struggles to wake up on time and wants to start the day better:

• Heavy sleepers who snooze through every alarm

• Anyone who wants more discipline and control over their mornings

• People who need to wake up on time, every time

Whether you do 5 repetitions or 50, every morning starts with a healthy habit instead of snoozing.

WHY IT WORKS

Most alarms only stimulate your ears. AlarmFit wakes your body and mind. Physical movement increases blood flow, raises your heart rate, and signals your brain that it's time to be awake. After just a few days, waking up stops feeling like a battle and starts feeling like a routine.

You're not just setting an alarm. You're building a habit that compounds every single day.

START WAKING UP ON TIME

Download AlarmFit and never hit snooze again. Join thousands of people who start every morning with movement, discipline, and a win before most people open their eyes.
