ALAT FOR BUSINESS

I downloaded this app and I started my registration, only for me to get to the face recognition and it says fails. Why can’t I move to the next stage, stoped at stage 4

I’m trying to create an account; but each time I get to the stage to validate my face the app keeps saying initializing and then an error message afterwards. Quite sad.

Good day, I recently paid of my pre-approved loan months before the final month of repayment so i could be able to get another one and over two months now, the pre-approved loan feature on the Alat for business application has not been functioning making me stuck on an ongoing project i am meant to have completed. Kindly look into this asap please. I will really appreciate. Thanks

The app is not opening on iPhone 7plus after a successful download

The app is becoming useless on iPhone, ypu open the app it pop up and vanished instantly…. To the extent the Bank Staff is recommending chrome for transactions on iPhone alat for business. So heartbroken 💔

App doesn’t let me write the actual amount to transfer, I can’t input more than 4 digits number in the amount session. Afterwards it’s trimmed to just one digit. Fix this mess cus I am gradually migrating to a different bank.

I really can’t wait to find time to open another account with another bank for my business. Each time they do an upgrade with this ALAT, I always find it difficult to log in. It’s always one problem or the other. Now, I can’t log in. The app keeps closing up when I try to open it. When I tried using chrome, it’s telling me to insert Hard Token. I don’t even know what that means!

Are you sure you tested on iOS before publishing? It appears a pod update or info.plist update was not done as the app crashes on my several attempts to open it after installing - and that you’ve not caught this since 1 week of publishing is not good at all. Please rectify ASAP.

New update but I can’t open the app after updating… fix your bugs, and work on functionality on all the items on the app, many of them are not clickable. Please do better.
