Recycle & Redeem:
STEP UP Sustainability app promotes recycling by rewarding users with CO2 points while recycling right. The CO2 points reflect the amount of CO2 emissions you save through your recycling activities. Follow three easy steps to collect your CO2 points:
1. Take your empty and cleaned recyclables to the nearest blue recycling bin or your recycling chute outlets equipped with ALBA W&H Step Up Recycling QR Code.
2. Scan the QR code with the STEP UP Sustainability App
3. Take a clear picture of the clean recyclables and empty your bin or bag of recyclables.
The CO2 points will be automatically credited to your STEP UP account.
Convert your CO2 points to Grab points, or avail vouchers and discounts for sustainable goodies from our list of sustainable partners. You can also donate your points to your friends or your school.
Recycling Habits:
Track your CO2 points and keep a tab on your recycling habits and carbon footprint. Compare your results with an average app user.
Trash-ure Map and Trash-ure Chests:
Locate your nearest recycling bins, collection events and Cash-for-trash programs on our Trash-ure map. Save your convenient locations to your favourites and make navigation easier for next time.
STEP UP programs and collection events:
Find out more about the recycling events and trash collection events happening in your neighbourhood. Locate your nearest cash-for-trash programs and head down to collect additional CO2 points and money in return for clean recyclables.
Order & PickUp:
Landed properties can request for on-demand bulky waste collection. Additional categories of waste will be incorporated to this section.

Learn more about the proper way of recycling and get inspired to lead a sustainable lifestyle by reading our sustainable tips and waste management news.
Collection Scheduler:
Input your pincode and find out when your recyclables, garden wastes and bulky wastes will be collected next time.
Sign Up as an Organisation:
Schools can sign up as an organization and exclusively take part in recycling activities and interschool competitions and win recycling awards

A/c deleted after updating

I updated the app and found myself logged out. Unable to login using my email thought maybe I got the pasword wrong. so use forget password and they say user not found, everything not found. Had to create new ac lost all my previous points. Now go in the rewards all like testing phase, ask me to buy clothes. and the events one ask me go bintan another one go india. wow i think the app hacked by indian kthxbye

Apps is dead

QR code not verify after 48hours, customer service not responding, rewards system not refreshing. Uninstalling for good 😂

Lack of incentives

Its a great app about recycling however i feel that the incentives now do mot appeal to the masses and its just unattractive. Maybe if more better incentives that are catered to different demographics it could attract more people and make this app more popular and more people would recycle!

Update removed rewards list

Latest update removed rewards collected so far, and list of rewards partners disappeared. Error message that this is not connected to a secure server and could be a site pretending to be yours. Hope you will fix these.

Useless app

Totally useless after they removed Grab points as rewards. All other ‘rewards’ require you to spend more than anything…

screen stuck at loading

The screen is stuck at the loading screen after I clicked on signup to receive the sms OTP.

Great app but no date reflected

Great app. Always recycling so this is an added bonus for me. However, there is no date reflected on the points collected. Great if the date can be added as well.

No response

Sent email enquiries but they chose to ignore! Absolutely gonna to bombard their bins with rubbish!
