Then went to my appointment. When I went to show my digital card, I was logged out. I’m not going to make them wait while keying in my credentials. But it LOOKS beautiful… it’s probably how designers sold it. Functionality, usability and accessibility should have gotten this back to the drawing board before launch… was it even tested with actual people outside the government?! I won’t use this until Apple Wallet support, better login, better experience. Until then probably a lot of money developing an app for the show of it.
