Description

- Introducing the all-new Temperance app! -
"Let's have a no alcohol day today"
Even if I think so, I want to drink in the evening, and I just drink.
This app is an app that fully supports the sobriety of those who like alcohol.
There are apps that support abstinence, but many apps only manage abstinence records.
This app supports your sobriety with functions that do not exist in other apps.
◆ Features of this app
・ Shooting game (FPS) that defeats the desire to drink
Equipped with a shooting game that sets the enemy as a desire to drink and shoots alcohol with the enemy. The game level can be selected from "EASY", "NORMAL" and "HARD".
Let's break all the alcohol, defeat the enemy, and make today a rest day!
"Defeat the enemy (desire to drink) in a shooting game → Today is a rest day"
By creating this flow, you will be able to enjoy sobriety like a game.
・ Abstinence management function
It also has a function to check the results of abstinence.
You can see at a glance the number of days you have achieved sobriety, the pace of sobriety (weekly), and the money saved by sobriety.
・Calendar function
Equipped with a calendar that allows you to see at a glance the date when you achieved sobriety. You can see your abstinence record at a glance. Abstinence data can also be modified from the calendar.
The meaning of the color of the calendar is as follows.
White: Abstinence management period (start date of sobriety to yesterday)
Yellow: today
Rounded: days when alcohol is prohibited
・ Uncle's support
An uncle who supports your sobriety will appear in the app.
This uncle gives me advice on sobriety, and helps me defeat enemies in shooting games.
If you feel like drinking, get your uncle's maxims from the "Talk to Uncle" button.
Quitting drinking alone is hard. . .
Let's enjoy sobriety with this uncle!
◆Recommended for people like this
・People who can't make a liver rest day as they want
・People who want to abstain from drinking (not drinking on weekdays, etc.) instead of quitting (not drinking for life)
・ People who want to get along well with alcohol
・ People who are not good at acquiring new habits
・ People who are not good at keeping records and managing themselves
・ People who could not quit drinking with an app that only managed
"This makes me want to drink"
As there is a drinking trigger called
"I won't drink if I do this"
If you create a sobriety trigger, it will be easier to quit drinking.
By all means, use this app as your sobriety trigger and make it a habit.
The future that lies ahead of the abstinence... The future is surely bright.
Let's have fun together and work hard to quit drinking!
