I’d spend quite a bit of time on the app. Now I can barely even see all the items. Today even the categories weren’t pulling up the items in the category. It’s incredibly user unfriendly and I pretty much avoid it. I know for me a bought a lot of AOS items based on the research I did on the app. Now I just go in with no game plan. The app for the other store we shop at (Shop Rite) is keyed to our specific store location. The shopping list sorts items by aisle and shelf. And whether there are specials on it. Whether it’s in stock. When you check off an item it goes to a second tab called checked off. Even ordering delivery was overall effective. The only thing I dont like is when ordering delivery, although you can choose if the buyer gets something in place of an item that may not be in stock, you still dont know if your shopper is getting the best looking item. If I have to sit and wait then why do they still charge my $1.99.
