## ALDI UK Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Doesn’t work on iOS 15.8.3"
Since the update, not working on iOS 15.8.3 and it won’t download the older app version. How many thousands with an older OS are now denied the Aldi app? Doesn’t anyone actually check these things out? Very poor show.
-- Yelramp, 2024-12-29

### *---- "Been working fine up until today"
Cannot access the app today. Shows the app needs updating before I can continue but no update is available. Needs fixing. I’ve had the app for years and have had no issues until today

UPDATE: still not working on my iPad since the last update. When I try to open the app it says to update but there is no update

Needs to be fixed asap
-- DezzyRee, 2024-12-27

### *---- "New app awful"
Used to be able to buy online from special buys. Now it just allows you to fav it. Whats the point in that. Now deleted app as have no use for it.
-- Sideways 25, 2024-12-21

### *---- "No longer works on iPhone 6S"
The latest update won’t work on my iPhone 6S with iOS 15.8.3. Unlike some other apps, no option to install an older version.
-- NoBreakfast, 2024-12-20

### *---- "Stop working after last update."
I have iPhone 6s Plus that doesn’t have capability to upgrade to operating system 16.0. When I download new Aldi Uk app it offered me last compatible application version, which I did. Problem is that it can not start as requesting upgrade of operating system to 16.0 which is not possible. Sort it or you will loose lots of older customer. Thank Dr Mihajlo Milic

### **--- "iOS 16 required :("
We don’t all have the latest tech. Shame I can no longer use the App.
-- Creb27, 2024-12-14

### *---- "New App"
My Apple device won’t update to version 16 iOS this app doesn’t work below iOS 16 and using old app constantly wants to update so cannot use app very disappointing
-- Biffatoon, 2024-12-11

### *---- "Nothing changes"
No matter what the problem, nothing changes. The call centre should be re-named the fob off centre, they mostly do not have a clue, or if they do then they just dodge the problem. Aldi must get away from all on-line presence in uk as they are incapable/unable to sort out problems, especially complaints about sub standard service. INEPTITUDE RULES.
-- kellycanewdon, 2024-12-10

### *---- "Inoperable in earlier iOS versions."
Older ‘phones can’t use it.
-- Sagittarius Nick, 2024-12-09

### **--- "Change for the sake of change"
The updated app is awful! It freezes and crashes every time I try to open the drop-down menu on specific special buys, e.g. to check different colours or sizes. There was nothing wrong with the old one, why change it?
-- Natamalilly, 2024-12-08
