## Alert 360 Reviews in United States

### *---- "Locked out of app"
Although I’m current and up to date on my account they lock you out the app with no warning. Tech support can’t even help. Happy to take your money but doesn’t inform you of anything. Coming from a customer who has been with them since 2018. Maybe it’s finally time to find a different service provider.
-- NiniStar00, 2024-12-25

### *---- "Widget gone for iOS 18"
Alert 360 did not keep up. Now that iOS 18 is out. The widget is gone and no option to add it.
-- rimcountry21, 2024-11-30

### ***** "Jamison Alex Eric"
Fantastic team!!! Thank you
-- Bledsoecindy, 2024-10-22

### **--- "Missing widget support since iOS 18 update"
Please fix this. It is so annoying to have to go back and forth between the app to arm system
-- TONYK7NG1803, 2024-10-15

### *---- "Alert 360"
This happens often. Where I cannot pause my cameras. If we are hanging out on the back porch, I don’t want to waste our usage so I pause the camera. But several times, the recording rules will not upload to allow me to do so. Therefore I run out of usage quicker. And I get to hear my patio alarm go off every 5 minutes.
-- Recording rules, 2024-10-04

### ***-- "Need to backup most important chip"
Why? Everytime when resetting or lost or stolen phone lose the gym access mobile credential, I suggested that should add the backup nfc card chip to iCloud Drive from Alert360 Mobile Credential.
-- BamStudiosYT, 2024-09-26

### *---- "Won’t send a trouble ticket"
It has a button to send a troubleticket to your local provider, but it will not send it
-- KS Cust, 2024-08-26

### ****- "Good App"
Pretty easy to use. Good information.
-- Ltzc07, 2024-07-19

### ***** "Great!"
Easy to use. Easy navigation. Adding remote garage door access is best!
-- khomeboy, 2024-07-10

### *---- "3rd party app"
3rd party app doesn’t coincide with actual alarm company. App showed alarm set off with glass break yet no one from the alarm company contacted me via telephone

Also doesn’t read sensors correctly shows things are open on app when they’re actually closed and vice versa
