Alert Taxis Auckland

Unreliable at best. Just as terrible as Auckland Co Op’s app and yet Alert says on their website their “market point of difference is its commitment to customer service and introduction of new technologies (Mobile app...” Alas, it isn’t.

Why dont you hire experienced developers. Never seen stupid app in my life like this. Hope they do some work on it.

The app doesn’t even load Passy the launch screen. It says “retrieving configuration” with a spinner and stays like that.

I highly recommended these guys. 1. App is easy to use 2. Right on time as promised 3. Top attitudes which they can blend themselves with your stories if you're a talkative person 😂😂😂 4. Cheapest in Town 5. Safety are their first priority. Please use this service as I recommended from my experience.

First of all, their online app booking system doesn't register with their normal booking system. I booked once and kept getting notification after notification saying another booking had been made. Rang them to check and they had no booking record for me. Once I finally got a cab(late, but I can accept that being a Saturday night) he said he had no change, so just had to hand over my $20 and i 'might' get a discount if I book with him again tonight. Honestly, use someone else. Please.
