## Alevo Description
Back pain is overwhelming. Recovery doesn't have to be.

Whether you've been struggling for weeks or living with back pain for years, it can be hard to know where to start — or who to trust. That's exactly why we built this app. We're not here to replace your doctor. We're here to be your partner — helping you understand your pain, take action, and finally feel better.

Start with a personalised assessment
Answer a few simple questions about your back pain and we'll build a recovery programme tailored to you. No guesswork, no generic advice. Just a clear plan you can start today.

Rehab with physiotherapist-designed programmes
Every programme is built by qualified physiotherapists and designed around how back pain actually works. Short, effective sessions you can do at home — no equipment needed. Whether your goal is to ease pain, build strength, or get back to doing what you love, there's a programme for you.

Follow along with guided video exercises
Clear, easy-to-follow videos walk you through every exercise — so you always know you're doing it right. At your own pace, in your own space.

Track your pain and progress
Log how you're feeling after each session and watch your progress build over time. Seeing your consistency and improvement isn't just motivating — it helps you understand what's actually working for your body.

Learn and understand your back
Knowledge is part of recovery. Our library of educational content helps you make sense of your pain, understand what's happening in your body, and feel more in control of your healing journey.

Back pain doesn't have to be your normal. Start your recovery today.
