We are 2 days away from 2025 and the App is still not working…same error message “currently being upgraded to serve you better”. What an inconvenience… -- Q Eliz, 2024-12-29 ### *---- "When upgrading" After taking over from outsurance when will this up be upgraded it’s been months -- Vicva82, 2024-11-14 ### *---- "App has become obsolete" No point in downloading the app now, since it keeps saying use AF connect which is a web portal. Meaning now the app is useless. -- Cyril Kgatla, 2024-11-07 ### *---- "App not working" Since they announced and introduced the 2 pots system this app stopped working I haven’t been able to use it for the past 3 months 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️ -- Zee. K, 2024-09-25 ### *---- "Connectivity issues" It doesn’t even deserve one star!!I have been trying to register for almost a week now and this portal is not allowing me! -- Kekeletso 12, 2024-09-24 ### *---- "App" This is really bad like honestly yall should do something about it -- biso_m01, 2024-09-19 ### *---- "App doesn’t work" What is the use of having an App that doesn’t work. And when you are redirected to the AF Connect interface on website, it perpetually tells you that you cannot be helped due to high call volumes. Don’t offer a service if you can’t deliver -- Q99S99, 2024-09-07 ### *---- "Extremely poor" If this app functioned, it would achieve a poor rating due to the multiple inconsistencies in the figures represented and missing functionality in terms of the options that should be available as standard features. The fact that is has been offline for the past few months only accentuates how useless it truly is. The purpose of an app is to improve the customer experience, not to seek to frustrate the end user base. -- New_01_765, 2024-09-06 ### *---- "App not functioning" So slow to open app then drop down menus don’t work either . App has gone from bad to worse recently -- Annoyed Unlimited, 2024-09-03 ### **--- "Nothing works!" Not App nor website to login is working at all!? -- Rafadoming, 2024-08-29 [View all Alexforbes reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Alexforbes - [Discovery Insure](https://apptail.io/app/discovery-insure-JXe/south-africa) - [African Bank](https://apptail.io/app/african-bank-yoo/south-africa) - [Naked Insurance](https://apptail.io/app/naked-insurance-pBQ/south-africa) - [Old Mutual](https://apptail.io/app/old-mutual-rES/south-africa) - [Sanlam Portfolio](https://apptail.io/app/sanlam-portfolio-uES/south-africa) - [King Price](https://apptail.io/app/king-price-QWyb/south-africa) - [Momentum App](https://apptail.io/app/momentum-app-SWyb/south-africa) - [$T#](https://apptail.io/app/t-OBfk/south-africa) - [Mobicred](https://apptail.io/app/mobicred-gCfk/south-africa) - [Pineapple](https://apptail.io/app/pineapple-rCfk/south-africa) ## Alexforbes Available In - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/alexforbes-sKi/south-africa) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/alexforbes-sKi/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
