Poor design and not user friendly

I have been using this app. The recently updated version is excellent example of a bad app. I don’t know who the Moth******r designed and approved it . Thinking to surrender my Alfa account because of this app.

Worst banking app in pakistan.

Can’t Login on different mobile.

Why i need to put my sim card in the mobile from which I was trying to login ? Why I can’t put OTP just? Very annoying and time wasting process is this.. Remove that restriction i will give 5 stars.

Worst App Experience

Adding this review second time. Last year I switched my phone and upon restoring my backup to new phone the app started crashing on splash screen. Again this year when I updated my phone and restored the backup from my older phone it started happening again. It’s been around 3 months and I have tried every single update available to the app store since then but nothing good and I’m unable to even open the application. I kindly request someone from the dev team to please look into this matter as I’m not the only one suffering from this a total of 3 persons from our home is facing the very same issue on iPhone. App is crashing again and again while opening Sarmayakari Account in wealth management section, App is crashing when we select the opinions of zakat deduction and filer non filer option and by selecting re invest option, I have tried is many time but facing same problems for many times from many days. Please fix it.
