Pathetic phone banking
The worst phone banking ever! Never gonna use this ghatiya thakar bank.
Slow and not working
Overall it works, but alfa mall is too slow and when I initiate a payment for my alfalah credit card the app crashes instantly

When Im adding account to payees I can’t enter otp code, keyboard doesn’t write digits. Please fix

Worst banking app ever
This app is the slowest, most pathetic, poorly developed and cashes evey time u open it. Worst app. It wastes your time
Limit issue
I selected my daily limit up to 1million but my currently daily limit is up to 15k i have done it twice but not working, as a business i have to pay my supplier bills and facing this issue Kindly resolve my limit issue

I can say one of the worst app it is. Illogical rejection of online payment is very general issue in this app. 👎👎
App crashing
App is crashing on latest ios 17.4.1 and working on lower devices than newer, helpteam on whatsapp did not support they do not understand basic apple vs andriod chache.
