Booked a cab in advance. Driver came I opened the door and he drove off. I called them and they said they got better paid job and driver canceled. I asked if thats how their business runs and the guy on the phone was yes. Do not recommend at all!!doesnt matter if you booked in advance better paid job will beat your booking.

Bit crap

Can’t find Barnet Hospital on search function - hardly a small place. When I tried contacting app support about this. Page couldn’t be found.

Great App and Service

Both myself and my family use this app all the time. Alpha provide a safe and friendly service which gives me peace of mind when my daughters are out and about.

Worst mini cab firm going

Absolute waste of time! Difficult app and never get what you book! Left at the airport for a second time in a week. Avoid like the plague

Exceptional

Ordered an executive came to the driveway as specified - did I mention it way a mercedes with black windows . Wot more can I say but thanks to the polite and well dressed driver - big nite!
