my:Assistant
Ein Mitarbeiter ist rund um die Uhr erreichbar, um Sie im Fall eines Unfalls, einer Panne oder des Fahrzeugdiebstahls zu unterstützen.
my:RemoteControl
Mit der Alfa Connect App können Sie die Türen Ihres Autos verriegeln oder entriegeln, eine Benachrichtigung erhalten, wenn das Fahrzeug einen bestimmten Bereich verlässt, und es auf der Karte schnell lokalisieren. Mit dem Reminder erhalten Sie zudem eine Erinnerungsnachricht nach dem Parken, damit Sie nichts im Auto vergessen.

Erhalten Sie aktuelle Informationen zum Zustand Ihres Fahrzeugs: Prüfen Sie den Kraftstoffstand (Batterieladung beim Fiat Professional e-Ducato) oder den Reifendruck von Ihrem Smartphone aus, damit Sie auf der Straße stets sicher unterwegs sind.

Mit diesem in Alfa Connect inbegriffenen Dienst können Sie Ihre Fahrten über die Alfa Connect-App anzeigen und verwalten.
AKTIVIEREN VON Alfa Connect:
Die Aktivierung von Alfa Connect ist ganz einfach. Wenn Sie den ersten Schritt zur Aktivierung bei einem Alfa Romeo-Autohaus ausgeführt haben, erhalten Sie eine E-Mail. Folgen Sie dem Link in der E-Mail und schließen Sie die Registrierung Ihres Kontos ab oder melden Sie sich an. Nachdem Sie die Daten Ihres Fahrzeugs bestätigt haben, erhalten Sie eine E-Mail, sobald die Alfa Connect-Dienste aktiv und in der Alfa Connect-App sowie auf der Website Alfaromeoconnect.eu zur Verfügung stehen.
Für Alfa Connect-Dienste muss sich das Fahrzeug in einem Gebiet mit Mobilfunk- und GPS-Netz befinden.
Die Mindestanforderungen an Ihr Smartphone, damit Sie die Dienste von Alfa Connect nutzen können, sind:
Bluetooth Version 2.1 oder höher + EDR
Apple-Betriebssystem iOS 9.0 oder höher. Empfohlene Bildschirmauflösungen 640x960, 640x1136, 750x1334 und 1080x1920.

Add more features to control car like remote start/stop

As customer, I want have a feature to be able to remotely Start the car. Current features you offer are very cool but it is very little… What about to add remote start/stop the car or control heating from this App ? I think it is must have in 2021, is this on your radar or where can I fill feature request please? Or any API that we can create our proper app thanks. I think all infra is ready to add a lot of feature to control the car with app, we should add it. Thank you

Now the remote function doesn’t work anymore. The is only the booth now ! Please debug it ! 14.07.2020 Thanks now it is working as expected.

Nonostante il pagamento del lauto canone, per la mia stelvio 2018 l’app non e’ piu’ aggiornata e non funziona piu’. Ladri

Non riesco ad abbinare con la mia Stelvio m19 acquistata usata, come devo fare?

A quando la nuova app? E’ da gennaio 2023 che la promettete! Non solo non rinnoverò più l’abbonamento, ma eviterò di acquistare, in futuro, Alfa Romeo. Complimenti!

App perfetta e funzionale … molto utile. Un suggerimento nel comando “blocca porte” inserire anche la chiusura dei finestrini integrata in quel comando oppure in comando apposito… immaginiamoci quante volte piove e tutti noi: avrò chiuso i finestrini ?? Per il resto ottimo lavoro

Semplicemente vergognosa

Esatto: semplicemente vergognoso che da Gennaio 2023 la vecchia App sia stata dismessa (proprio quando cominciava a diventare decente) e sostituita da uno squallido wrapper alle pagine Web. Siamo ancora in mistica attesa di questa fantomatica “nuova versione”, della quale peraltro non è disponibile neanche una data di rilascio. Un servizio molto povero ad un costo spropositato: ci penserò quando dovrò cambiare auto. Buono sviluppo…

Quando sarà disponibile la nuova App, questa dal 1 gennaio non funziona più.
