## Alfam Identificatie Description
Met de Alfam Identificatie app identificeert u zich veilig en eenvoudig. Het enige wat u nodig heeft is uw smartphone en een geldig identiteitsbewijs. 

Hoe werkt het? 
Met deze app maakt u in een paar simpele stappen een selfie en scant u uw identiteitsbewijs. Hiermee kunnen wij uw identiteit bevestigen.

1.	In de app wordt gevraagd een foto te maken van uw identiteitsbewijs.
2.	Op verzoek van de Alfam Identificatie app wordt uw NFC-chip uitgelezen van uw identiteitsbewijs.
3.	Tot slot wordt gevraagd een selfie te maken.

Wanneer maakt u gebruik van de Alfam Identificatie app?
Deze app heeft u alleen nodig als wij u hebben gevraagd om te identificeren. In die gevallen hebben wij u per post of is er via uw tussenpersoon een verzoek gedaan, waarmee u tot identificatie kunt overgaan.

De Alfam Identificatie app is te gebruiken voor nieuwe en bestaande klanten bij Defam, Credivance, GreenLoans en Alpha Credit Nederland. Wij gaan zorgvuldig met uw gegevens om. Tijdens het gebruik van deze app blijven er geen gegevens achter op uw telefoon. Na gebruikt kunt u de Alfam Identificatie app verwijderen.

This app represents a significant violation of user privacy and trust. Upon examining their privacy statement, it becomes evident that the company engages in the unethical practice of exploiting and selling personal data without proper consent. This practice is not only alarming but also raises serious concerns about GDPR compliance. I am urgently seeking to settle my loan and disassociate from this disreputable organization. It is my hope that they will soon face appropriate penalties for their blatant disregard for user privacy and GDPR regulations.

Ze blijven herinneringen sturen voor ID die al lang aangeleverd is. Spelden je op met apps van derden. Kost mij tijd, terwijl ze aan mij geld verdienen. Geef mij maar geld voor deze stappen. Over twee jaar zeker weer een ID scan!!!? Denk eens met je klant mee ipv dit soort onzin te verkopen.

Geen mogelijkheid om mijn bsn af te dekken en op de id de tekst kopie te zetten. Ideaal om zo je id te stelen. Heb mijn bsn afgedekt en met papier kopie geschreven en krijg daarop netjes een brief van Defam om opnieuw mijn id gegevens aan te leveren????? Niet AVG proof !!!!! De overheid heeft een mooie app maar die kan ik niet gebruiken ????

Wat een kloten scanner heeft jullie app. 
Moet verdomme die handel stabiel houden. DAT DOE IK.   
Wel 8 keer geprobeerd, netjes binnen de lijntjes maar afdrukken doet het niet.

Vreemd dat je eingelijk 2 telefoons nodig hebt omdat je niet kan scannen omdat de QR code op de telefoon word gestuutd waarmee je probeerd je te indentificeren kan dat niet eenvoudiger in een en dezelfde app.

Tot en met de QR-code gaat het goed ( tenminste als je weet de die code niet verstuurd wordt/is, maar een volgende stap op computer). Maar dan komt de foto van rijbewijs. Talloze instructies, iets dichterbij, iets verderaf, iets minder schuin, donkere ondergrond. Enz. Toetsenbord pc is zwart, maar niet donker genoeg weer een donkere ondergrond. Op de zwarte vloertegels gelegd. Weer..... op een donkere ondergrond. En ja lukt, voorkant, achterkant, selfie. Alles goed. Versturen. Helaas identificatie is mislukt. Doe het opnieuw. 🙄🤮 niet dus.
