Poor customer service. They just send an email when you follow up and don’t bother to call.
 Prolonging the process and long response time.
 Im using this app for a long time. If the amount exceeds 5K, the processing time is more than 24hrs.

I'm not sure what happened with the app since the update of this app I can’t do transactions anymore is it because Alfa Dan company is trying to push their customers to do transactions in the exchange or problems from the system on both sides are losing customers since then I’m doing transactions from deferent exchanges

If i can give 0 rate i will do, my experience with them when you make transaction and its failed and went out from your account and you go to support team they keep u without update for 3 4 days without response and when you call them they cant help you if you have a urgent transaction i dont recommend you to use this app

UAE Pass is a norm in UAE for logging into many services. I tried several hours to login with UAE Pass as to update my renewed visa and EID and its not working. An unexpected error message appears. I have big question on the quality of their Application and Testing team for clearing their app to production which has errors.

Same issue as many others. App crashed during transaction, but money deducted from my account. Four days later, calls and emails ignored, no progress, no resolution. Only giving one star because it’s not possible to give zero.

Usually I don’t have any issue with this app but recently I had an issue where apparently my transaction got void, which is usually happens sometimes but what made it hard was because my money was already deducted from the bank and then when I tried to contact the customer service they took 3 days just to fix this ! It’s not my fault the app is not working properly and they said they put me on priority but 3 days is so long just to fix this issue, if transactions fail it shouldn’t have taken my money I could’ve use another app or exchange for emergency cases!

I won’t recommend sending remittance to your family or as a bill payment using the card payment option. It takes about 3 business days before they will receive it. It always shows as “Awaiting payment confirmation “. Better yet visit the branch and send from there. Especially when your family needs the money fast.

### *---- "WORST MONEY TRANSFER APP"
I did a transfer that failed due a technical issue in the app, but the money was deducted from my card. When talking to the customer care agents, they told me it will take 48 hours to reprocess the transfer, so basically a delay of 2 days for a supposed instant transaction. All this knowing that the problem was 100% from the app and nothing to do with the sender. From my experience, if anyone has an urgent transfer to do, it’s 50/50 chances, it may go as it may not but STILL DEDUCT THE MONEY.
Also their customer service is helpless, they wont be able to do anything for you plus they are only available from 12pm. Very, very bad experience.

بناء علي تجربه لا انصح التعامل معها سواء علي مستوي الشركات بخصوص خدمات تحويل الرواتب حيث انه دائما ما يتم تحويل الرواتب للموظفين بعد استلامهم للمبلغ ب يومان او ثلاثه ايام عمل .
وبخصوص التعامل الشخصي تم تحميل التطبيق ولكن لتنشيط الحساب يذكر بانه يجب زياره الفرع علي الرغم من امكانيه تسجيل الدخول بالهويه الرقميه.
لذلك لا انصح التعامل معهم
