## Alfred Coffee Reviews in United States

### *---- "Changes"
Don’t like how they take you to a few screens before checkout and how they automatically put a 20% tip.
-- BMRMac, 2024-10-31

### *---- "App does not work"
When trying to make an order, it asks you to sign up/login to place order. It only allows me to sign up, there’s no login. Well when you sign up it requires a phone number. However, I try to sign up and it states my phone number already has an account. Therefore, I literally can not log in or place an order. Waste of 20 minutes.
-- Stupid Login Broken, 2024-08-19

### ****- "Great, but no scheduled option for orders"
Mostly the App worked fine. Visually pleasing, good experience using the app. I just wish they would fix the schedule feature for orders. You can open the drop down menu for time and date but it doesn’t give you any options. You have to pretty much be ready for your drink as soon as you order, especially if you’re slow. Would love to order 30 min to an hour in advance if I’m coming from somewhere else so my drink doesn’t get cold (or hot if it’s an iced drink lol)
-- Zata, 2024-08-13

### **--- "Almost"
I only downloaded the app to order ahead and that is the only feature that does not work. I am unable to pick a future date/time to place the order for. The drop down is blank.
-- jschutzy, 2024-08-12

### *---- "Can’t log in"
If you have an existing account, there is no way to sing in. Every option takes you to a sign up page. I can’t sign up because I have an account. App is useless.
-- Bepreparedalot, 2024-06-08

### *---- "Can’t login!"
There is no way for me to login to my account! Every time I try to login the app tells me that I already have a lunchbox account and that I don’t need to create a new one! It’s insane. Worst user experience ever! So frustrating.
-- Broken login flow, 2024-04-22

### ***** "Loves this spot"
It's a perfect place to get coffee and hang
-- Erica94124, 2024-04-21

### **--- "Locked out of app"
Turns out I can’t use the app anymore after previously deleting my account to switch emails all because of my phone number. Would certainly like to use the app to order again buuuutttt, we will see if this gets resolved
-- thoughtfull hamster, 2024-03-09

### *---- "Need to re log in - poor UI"
Logs out of app each time and doesn’t allow for guest ordering.
-- Oppenheimer87, 2024-02-04

### *---- "The app loses gift card info after each use"
App constantly asks User to enter gift card .. even if you only use a portion of gift card you must re-enter 19 digit gift card number for each purchase
-- YUNGMONRYBOI, 2023-12-29
