Sells itself as free then once you have set up sets it will limit your usage, just buy the real Anki instead of this pirate knockoff
Poor suppor
The app has a lot of bugs, and the customer service is horrible. I tried to contact them a few times, absolutely no response to resolve the issue. Thankfully, I switched to another (original one) app 1 month before my exam, and that saved me. This app is overpriced and underperforming.
Good app. Just one niggle
Have been enjoying this app. One little issue I find annoying (and I can't find a way to feedback to app owners directly), is that when editing a card (on Mac), there are the options to 'close' or 'save'. 'Save' closes the card and saves it. 'Close' does not save, although it does give a warning. BUT, in a hurry, it is easy just to 'confirm' as the brain automatically confirms that you want to close the card. It would be better for this button to read 'delete' and for the warning to come up in red, to prevent any more upsets... Thanks!
Review
I spent about an hour entering all the cards up to 80 of them. I only got to practice with them two times and then a few days later the cards turned blank in revision mode. It is such a disappointment.
Didn’t even work properly for a full day
Downloaded the app, made a deck for sentence mining and added a few sentences. Opened the app later that day to add more sentences and the app just blacks out when I open my deck and freezes. Closing the app and reopening it does nothing as the same thing happens when I open the deck again. So glad I didn’t invest the time to flesh out my deck more.

bug where the app freezes every minute or 2
I beg that someone fixes the infuriating bug that makes the entire app on my laptop freeze every 1-2 minutes because it will take me 3 times as long to make my cue cards that it should because I have to keep restarting the app over and over again and each time it cuts out it won’t save the card I was working on. I don’t have much other choice to use another software because I paid for that life time subscription but it’s been happening forever and nothing is ever done about it no matter how many times I’ve reported the crash please either fix this or other people shouldn’t download the app

Any app that wastes my time asking for a review gets one star. Apart from that, good app though.
