The app has a lot of bugs, and the customer service is horrible. I tried to contact them a few times, absolutely no response to resolve the issue. Thankfully, I switched to another (original one) app 1 month before my exam, and that saved me. This app is overpriced and underperforming.

Have been enjoying this app. One little issue I find annoying (and I can't find a way to feedback to app owners directly), is that when editing a card (on Mac), there are the options to 'close' or 'save'. 'Save' closes the card and saves it. 'Close' does not save, although it does give a warning. BUT, in a hurry, it is easy just to 'confirm' as the brain automatically confirms that you want to close the card. It would be better for this button to read 'delete' and for the warning to come up in red, to prevent any more upsets... Thanks!

Downloaded the app, made a deck for sentence mining and added a few sentences. Opened the app later that day to add more sentences and the app just blacks out when I open my deck and freezes. Closing the app and reopening it does nothing as the same thing happens when I open the deck again. So glad I didn’t invest the time to flesh out my deck more.

I beg that someone fixes the infuriating bug that makes the entire app on my laptop freeze every 1-2 minutes because it will take me 3 times as long to make my cue cards that it should because I have to keep restarting the app over and over again and each time it cuts out it won’t save the card I was working on. I don’t have much other choice to use another software because I paid for that life time subscription but it’s been happening forever and nothing is ever done about it no matter how many times I’ve reported the crash please either fix this or other people shouldn’t download the app

Apps great. Like how you can access same decks etc between Mac and iphone. I've enjoyed making my own decks for memorisation. Good selection of deck as well to download if you aren't keen to make your own decks. I have one problem / error to note and two desired features to suggest.

When making decks, the formatting seems to change by itself to something undesired. For example, when I save a card having the text all formatted to be on the left and adjusting the text size to be the second smallest option. I come back to review the card after saving it and I find some parts of the text formatted to be the centre with some still formatted to be on the left (as originally intended and done). Sometimes, the text size would change to a bigger size. Or, the text size won't change at all. This happens when making cards on both my mac and iphone. However, it seems to happen more often when I make cards on my phone.

My desired features are related as I wish to improve convenience of formatting text. 

First, there doesn't seem to be an option to paste text unformatted. I have inputted the command to do that on my Mac, and it doesn't respond or paste anything (despite the same command working in other apps and pasting the same text). Adding a separate command to my system preference for all applications this application also does not work for Anki. I often paste text from websites that are otherwise time consuming to do manually. However, they often get pasted with the same background as the source web page.

Second, I wish there was an option to format all cards in a deck at once. For example, it would be convenient to have the same text format tools in the card creation screen on the "Edit Deck" section. This would be more convenient for making cards and also a partial solution to the problem I described above.
