Problem with sync! I cannot review new cards offline, it says no cards, though the deck is downloaded.
Cannot find duplicates, does not permit export in any appropriate format for deck edition, not possible to sort by names, ignored status and so on. Does not work good with big decks overheating iPhone, launch audio in big decks with big delay, if launch it at all

When I started to use it was unlimited even free. After two weeks, when i have get a huge deck this app say me: you can use your deck only 10 times in a day. Why you didn’t say about this earlier? I even didn’t touch your app, if you do this

Очень всрато все сделано. Ничего интуитивно не понятно, 10 лет надо разбираться в настройках, и в принципе все вечно настраивать под себя, уже где можно выстроила «17 карт за сессию», все равно стабильно показывается по 6. 0 из 10, короче

I’ve got a problem: when I add new words in the existing deck(which is shared with my friend), my friend can see that new cards were added and the  quantity of the total number of words in the deck is shown correctly but when she starts to review the words ( push the review button ), there are no new words shown. Also , if she tries choosing the function of reviewing only new words, there is a caption -“no words” or “no added words”, something of the sort. This is the case with only new words in the deck . If I create a new deck - everything is OK. Meanwhile  all my decks work correctly . We tried everything! Turning off and on. Create a new deck, renew the app. Nothing works . All our settings are identical . Please , FIX the BUG!

Поддержка не отвечает на запросы по почте! Пропала синхронизация на windows desktop версии. Далее не могу авторизироваться и войти в систему, даже не веб версии. 
Приложение хорошее, нравится больше остальных. Но дурацкие постоянные сырые обновления с ошибками и отсутствие какой либо поддержки. Отвратительно, я за год заплатил. Дайте мне пользоваться нормально, не обновляйте то, что хорошо работает.
Еще карточки можно экспортировать только в формате, подходящим только для этого приложения. Это издевательство. Я не хочу терять данные и карточки из-за ваших обновлений! Сделайте импорт в ecxel! 
Ответьте в чем дело! Когда я получу доступ к аккаунту? Нет никакой обратной связи!
