Alhouda brings the recitation of the Holy Quran to your iPhone and iPad: all 114 surahs, from reciters across the Muslim world, in ten riwayat including Hafs, Warsh, Qalon, Khalaf, Shu'ba and Duri.
Browse the whole catalogue, search for a reciter by name, or begin with what listeners are playing most. Keep the recitations you return to, and every surah resumes exactly where you left it.
Download any recitation to keep it on your device. Once it is saved it begins at once and needs no connection at all — on a journey, in the air, or wherever the signal fades.
Listening carries on while your screen is locked or you are using other apps, and answers the lock screen, your headphones and the controls in your car. Choose your pace from 1x to 2x, repeat a surah, or let the queue carry you on.
Alhouda speaks 33 languages, and reads right to left in Arabic as it should.
