### *---- "Extremely Bad Customer Service"
Think twice if not three times before you decide to use this app to sell your items. They are basically the GOAT team rebranded. Recently lost out on a sale because a mistake an authenticator made. The customer service team never responded after the auto generated response it’s been over 48 hours and the sale auto canceled. This isn’t the first time I’ve lost out on a sale due to their poor system. The last issue got an apology and the response took over a week. I would highly recommend you to avoid selling on Alias / GOAT. The items are then stuck / “consigned” with them and you have to pay a lot to get them returned if you want them back. Overall a terrible company and set up. Thought I’d make you the reader aware.
