don't be fooled

I have traded on alibaba. If there is a problem with the product I bought, they do not return it. They tell me that you should have complained within 30 days. However, the product I bought arrived in Azerbaijan within 40 days from the time it arrived at the address of our cargo company in China. I bought a power bank that charges with solar energy. They told me when I bought it. that it will be charged for a maximum of 10 hours. Now they say that it will be charged for 50 hours.
