I was talking Bryant and i share him some pictures of damage item and he straight away blocked me without any reason! Totally unprofessional attitude!
Having problem with signing in
Hey alibaba! I have been facing this issue for a long time that alibaba automatically log me out of my account and when I try to sign in again they ask for verification step which is sharing your number to receive an OTP code. The problem is whenever I enter the number and try to receive the code, system always shows that the number is unavailable and asks me to replace the number which I have done multiple times. This time I am trying to sign in again with my number but still it says to ask help from costumer service but the customer service is not responding. Please tell me what should I do? How am I supposed to continue sourcing with my same gmail id and my number?
Shipping problems
Shipping charges to hi and staf conversation is very bad. Material is good but bulk quantity available.
