Not user friendly esp as buyers, logistics isn't transparent and you can't trace your items in details! Customer service is impatient, not gonna deal at Alibaba ever again!!!

Took more than 40 second to load screen which ask for a email code to be genrated

I Order for 4 supplies all I have to ask for refund

2 supplies is because goods missing another 2 is very bad quality but only 2 can get refund. Very disappointed 😓
