## Alibi Vigilant Mobile Reviews in United States

### *---- "Buggy and unstable"
App fails to send notifications even though banners and sound are enabled in Setting Notifications. Notifications were working, but overnight, have stopped.
-- Golden220, 2024-05-22

### ***** "Love this easy to use app"
This app makes viewing my cameras, very simple, and they pull up quickly. Playback can be done right from the app without going to the recorder.
-- leatherhead326, 2024-02-18

### ***** "Simple to use, but has all the features you need."
This app is great for people at all levels of tech experience. Some security camera apps can be so intimidating, with features nobody really cares about. The Vigilant App keeps it simple and to the point, but yet has all the features a homeowner needs to protect their home/family & a business owner needs to protect their employees/profits.
-- Mr. SilverHammer, 2024-02-12

### *---- "Save yourself money and aggravation don’t buy this"
I have the system in several business locations and it’s by far the worst one that I’ve ever used. It was promoted to me by someone who said it was the best hahah absolutely zero customer service. I’ve had issues since the second week of using it according to the person who installed it you cannot get anywhere with support and I’m out a lot of money as I’m having to replace all of them with a new system and the person that installed it will not even communicate with me anymore. Total garbage.
-- Jerry13ts, 2023-08-16

### ***** "Real review from a happy customer"
People who are complaining about the app probably got crappy internet or switched up the internet service provider causing the cameras to not work anymore. Mine work fine and look crystal clear.
-- linkedupcabling.com, 2023-05-03

### *---- "Worst Business Ever"
Had the camera 3 months and apparently they aren’t recording anymore and the company is refusing to do anything claiming a surge went through the equipment they put up. Do not do business with them. We will be contacting the BBB.
-- Skulls3713, 2023-02-14

### **--- "App keeps crashing"
App works fine in my own network. I get out of my network and I can’t access my cameras consistently. It’s hit or miss at any given time.
-- Gideon0007, 2021-11-02

### *---- "Keeps crashing."
App won’t open. Closes immediately.
-- Docshaddow, 2021-08-26

### *---- "Crashing"
How can I see my cameras if the app completely crashes every time it’s needed?? smh
