Rang the service line and they said they didn’t have any taxis available and refused to refund us or collect us. SCAM -- John373917482, 2025-10-13 ### *---- "Doesn’t work" I tried the app and the website, once it gets to the stage where you put in your hotel name, I started typing it and it appeared on the screen. I clicked on it and it was entered automatically into the box. I clicked continue, then received an error notice saying “You must enter a hotel or address from the list”…..I did. Clearly a trash app, so I’ll stick to Beniconnect. AVOID !!! -- COR333666999, 2024-10-05 ### *---- "Nightmare" Took money in advance I had covid last year before flying asked for return from hotel to airport to be cancelled and a refund or credit and guess what nothing.Way over fair enough pay for pick up not return when they knew I was not there.Apaarently is one old lady who makes the decisions and could not even answer me. -- RMKDEC, 2023-06-23 ### *---- "Awful" Money focused first! No compassion what position you’re left in! No doubt 90% of business is tourism! Unprofessional at all costs! Happy to take booking then cancel then 10 day money refund! Crazy -- Ash.lew, 2023-06-20 ### ***** "Amazing service start to finish" As above amazing service -- jamieg5284, 2021-10-08 ### ***** "Amazing simple App" Wow can’t go wrong. It’s knows everything and takes only 20 seconds or less to make a booking and the notifications are amazing. Keep you informed of your transfer.
