I loved the product. Ali Express is very awesome

The app is very good , responsive & bug free . However , the discount as shown on certain items is not same once place the order. Some of the vendors are very slow in response. More so , the search engine must be improved. Most of products are sold with prefix “ for “ so and so brand Thus you can’t differentiate between replica or original items . Therefore , search engine must include original items once searched. At time shipping charges are deceptive and appear only once order is placed.

This is worst application to order from. I ordered an original Stanley Cup and paid $34 but what I received was the fake product and nobody is there to contact. They sent a $3 return saying get your product repair with it. Does it make any sense? It’s fake, the logo ripped off within days what I’m gonna do with it. No human is there, it’s a nightmare to contact a real person there. Since three months I’m writing to them, all provided mails when sent email to are not working. It says no address found. It’s frustrating and not reliable at all. Poor service!!
