AliExpress has all the latest trends in store. One need to be a bit patients as it takes a bit longer for delivery but its almost always worth the wait. They have the best hair vendors even though sometimes they can be a bit misleading especially when it comes to inches.

Better than most e-commerce apps out there! I know because I’ve tried dozens before. Many of these very budget-priced products are highly underrated. Budget consumer products from China have improve dramatically in the past few years.

Can not return the issue product

A product has issue but the apps can not able to return

Worse app ever

Not only the quality of the items are bad but also their customer service is the worse, passive aggressive and they judgment about dispute, items broken might not the best… they stole so much money from me; from items that never arrived… definitely regret wasting my money and might time..

Horrible Service and Accountability

I ordered a specific small watering pail amongst very similar looking watering pails. The product that came was not exactly the same as what the pictures showed. In fact, the product that arrived was the same as other posts of watering pails, not the one I chose. I reached out to seller, they said I had to pay for shipping to do return which will probably be more expensive than the return. I escalated it to aliexpress, and they gave me back $2 out of $9 that I paid rather than full refund or reship of the item I’m actually wanting to purchase. Aliexpress is great to buy cheap little things if you want to wait almost a month for your items, and if the items are correct, but don’t count on sellers being accountable for their errors like product photos not being the same as actual product. And if you thought at least aliexpress moderators will hold sellers accountable, you thought wrong. A message to aliexpress: please work towards as good of an accountability as Amazon. That should be your company goal.
