Say goodbye to binders of loose paperwork and setting countless medication alarms. With Alife, you’ll stay organized, informed, and empowered throughout your entire IVF journey. 

TRACK YOUR JOURNEY: Track your IVF journey from start to finish and easily switch between past and present to compare all of your IVF information at once. Features include:
• Journey Summary: Your summary page gives you a snapshot view of your current IVF journey, with a helpful results summary, timeline overview, and recap of appointments, medications, and more.
• Timeline: Not every person’s timeline is straight forward when it comes to IVF. With Alife, you can customize your timeline by adding, removing, or re-ordering procedures to match your individual IVF journey.
• Education: Not sure what the next step is? Receive timely descriptions of upcoming procedures and milestones so you always feel in the loop.
• Medications: Record your medications, so there is never any doubt whether you missed a dose.
• Results: Record your cycle results including: AMH, AFC, blood pressure, E2, FSH, oocytes/eggs, embryo grades, 2PN, follicle sizes, heart rate, height, LH, mature eggs/oocytes, number of embryos, number of embryos transferred, hCG result (pregnancy test), P4, TSH, uterine thickness, and weight.
• Payments: Organize your finances by documenting your payments and payment types along the way. 
• Symptoms: Track your mood and symptoms as you go through the process for reference during possible future cycles.
• Notes: Keep a backlog of notes and attachments from your clinic. 

REMINDERS: Set reminders for appointments, medications, and to-dos, so you never miss a step. 
• Medications: Simplify your medication protocol by setting alarms and reminders with details about each medication type, dosage, and notes.
• Appointments: Never miss an appointment with appointment reminders including type, location, date, and time.
• Tasks: Set up to-do tasks for yourself, such as making a payment or reaching out to a nurse.

CALENDAR VIEW: Click on the calendar tab to quickly see upcoming appointments and reminders.
• Color coordinated dots indicate each date you have an upcoming or completed reminder.
• View all reminders at once, with the ability to check off steps as you complete them.

I love this app, it’s been a lifesaver at helping me keep track of my IVF and FET procedures, expenses, meds, etc. But I would love if there was a feature like a chart to monitor increases/decreases in progesterone, estrogen, etc, just different levels throughout the entire process. Very excited for the IUI feature also!

I am using this free app to track my IVF and FET procedures. It helps me a lot, especially for the medication and appointment reminder. I really love the simple and clear educational blogs. The best so far! Highly recommended!

### ***** "Great App so far, waiting for Update"
Currently, the app tracks egg retrieval and embryo transfers only. IUI and Egg Freezing journeys are listed as “Coming Soon”. Not sure when. 

Hopefully, they will also add, “Mock Transfer/Testing” as an additional journey? This is becoming a more common, especially for women who have only 1-2 embryos have had issues with previous transfers. IVF doctors will put women through a “mock cycle” to test for any uterine issues that might prevent their embryo from attaching & developing. It requires the same tracking needs for medications and appointments. After the “mock cycle”  tests come back negative for any issues, the ACTUAL embryo transfer journey will begin. 

It would be great to track your full IVF/IUI journey with this app. Having everything in one place would make this app go from great to AMAZING! 🙂

### ***** "Great app, would love more features!"
Absolutely love this app. It’s so simple to use and the design is clear and very easy to read. My favorite thing is being able to input data on my egg retrieval, number of fertilized eggs, etc. it helps to see everything in one place, and the fact that I can share it with the click of a button is also very helpful as well! I do wish there were a little more features. For example, I’ve read all the suggested reading articles already. I wish the developers would add daily or even weekly articles for us to read about IVF. Overall, the app is great. Am excited to see more features come out. I like that it tells you what to expect at each stage of your journey as well. The developers also word and implement everything in a way that is sensitive to the very personal journey that IVF is, so props to them. Hoping to see more from the developers!

Seems very promising. I like the layout and different features but it seems that the medication notifications aren’t working right. Perhaps I don’t have a setting set quite right but wish that feature would work a bit better. Other than that it seems like a great app for IVF!
