## Alight Well Reviews in United States

### *---- "Absolutely horrible app"
It doesn’t surprise me. My employer uses this company. I’ve never hit so many brick walls in the operating programs from said employer. This app is the most unfriendly user app. There is no absolute information given pertaining to creating a team on any given challenge. Like it should have a leader board with captain then all the participants that come on board. Shoot! It doesn’t even display the team name. It doesn’t explain how to achieve the prize other than “raffles” but then it doesn’t give info on how to get raffles! I literally had to google for info! Not much thought went into the creation of this app and it shows.

### *---- "iOS Update Broke App 8/28/25"
What on earth is going with this app? iOS updates and this thing just breaks and asks for a “new version”. What NEW VERSION? Fix this!
-- boxylogan, 2025-08-29

### *---- "No Longer works for iPhone"
You can’t type in text fields anymore. I reported it weeks ago and they can’t figure it out. All started when they put MFA in place.
-- CycleDude86, 2025-08-08

### *---- "Unusable"
Unusable. Just shows a white screen every time I log in. App is a mess. Always trying to fix stuff that isn’t broken and they make a mess.
-- Yomama1256, 2025-07-26

### *---- "App obsolete"
I don’t have work email on my phone which makes this app obsolete if I need a verification # to every time i log in. New process as I didn’t have that before.
-- KHnat001, 2025-07-25

### *---- "Unusable"
This app is unusable. No way the current 4.7 stars is accurate, especially when you filter by most favorable reviews…
-- Music connoisseur 11, 2025-07-07

### *---- "Review"
Had to delete and reinstall the app because it would not recognize my password. Reset my password and was able to log in. Later logged in (8 hours later) but the app was buggy. Quit out of the app and logged in again but it wouldn’t recognize my password. Now my account is locked.
-- 61Scout, 2025-07-02

### **--- "Fix the Password Change"
Required password change? But doesn’t let you do it with an iPhone password manager. Including the iCloud one. Also cannot paste your password in.
-- William1010101, 2025-06-06

### *---- "Useless app"
It is absolutely appalling that this app holds a 4.7 rating. Alight Well is an abysmal excuse for a platform and a blatant waste of time. It is incomprehensible that RTX mandates employees to engage with such a slow, dysfunctional, and poorly executed application. Every interaction with this app is a frustrating experience, marked by constant delays, unintuitive design, and a complete failure to deliver on its intended purpose. For a company of RTX’s stature, endorsing a tool this inadequate is both embarrassing and unacceptable.
-- DemonGirl2269, 2025-04-28

### *---- "Alight"
All I get is a white screen .
