I love the lessons with Bailey! Perfect mix, although I usually do mat classes. Also the bookmark function is brilliant! I would love a kind of text marking so I can make various notes to my best classes

As a professional dancer and mind-body teacher I am not easy to satisfy and look for very high quality in an App for daily workouts. I am so happy ghat I have found the Align App, as Bailey provides an amazingly divers and intelligent programm, and the best thing: she is doing it for women! Conscious about the female cycle and how our body’s are made, she offers a whole workout program for a complete menstrual cycle and a very insightful ebook coming with it. That really blew my mind and deepened my awareness towards my own female rhythm immensely.

This App is worth every penny. You get sooo many exclusive workout videos, monthly plans, challenges etc. Whats more Bailey is SUCH a lovely, person. She truely is beautiful inside and outside and will teach you how to love your body!

I am well versed in fitness apps as a busy mom and this is quite possibly my very favorite. The workouts are tough but not insane and the time is just enough. I truly love everything about this app and Bailey's workouts.

She’s changed my life!

Been using it a week and so far it’s been great she even came out with more content I want more recipes that’s my only concern I wish we had ways more recipes with variations. The workouts are great though I don’t have to search for 30 mins on YouTube before I actually start my workout I have all the programs ready to go in the app
