I’m using AlignBooks for quite sometime now, I have worked both on Tally and switched to Zoho but the number of functionalities this app have is amazing, it is the best one. 
My operations got much more easier after I switched to AlignBooks. Everything is great from features to UI. I think it can be the next revolutionary app, definitely recommend it!

We have been using Align Books software for stock management and recently upgraded to their POS and Touch Selling Software System. While the software itself is functional, our experience with their after-sales service has been extremely disappointing.

During the sales process, the team is highly responsive—calling, answering queries, and making everything seem perfect. However, once the payment is made, the support disappears. There is virtually no after-sales service to rely on.

The training experience was equally frustrating. The training staff was rude, arrogant, and unhelpful. If you have follow-up questions after training, don’t expect a response—they simply won’t call back. For any issues, you have to raise a support ticket, but they rarely respond. If they do call back, it’s just to say they will look into the issue, and then they vanish.

Overall, the software is decent, but the poor after-sales service ruins the experience. If you are looking for reliable customer support, this may not be the best choice.
