Aligned Showings Reviews

Worthless

When you type in your username, it says “invalid password”. If your realtor uses this app for your property, complain. Use showing time. It’s light years better.

Map function

The map does not take you to the property. Was told this was being fixed? Takes you to the street only…..

I miss ShowingTime

Aligned showings is terrible. For an app that is 100% focused on scheduling appoints to go show houses. The navigation options are non existent. It doesn’t even let you copy the address to input into a map app…

Overall it’s pretty good

When I click the navigate button for directions to a scheduled showing it opens the map app with the street name only, no address.

Mobile app not ready for use

When following Aligned link in listing within flex MLS can’t schedule a single showing. It asks for route. Even if I enter a route and click create it creates the route but doesn’t submit request to show. If I don’t create route then it shows all listings statewide and when I search for property I want it always says zero results found. Bring back ShowTime or fix your mobile app. If I do on my computer it works fine.

This App and Showing Service is a nightmare

I’m so tired of trying to make this service work. I wish the Wasatch Front MLS would stop trying to push this garbage. Takes several hours for a showing request to come through. Sends miscommunication at random. Asks about 500x for feedback from Buyer’s Agent. Everything about it is a pile of crap. Not user friendly or efficient or time sensitive at all. I hate it. There, I said it.

Awful experience

Trying to schedule a home. The listing doesn’t even populate in this system. Had to call the listing agent who was equally frustrated and had to accept me without having a system to show I’m showing the home today. This system is awful and inconvenient

Can’t login in.

How can I use the app if the app won’t let me login into it to confirm the showings. All it does is sends me to the mls that I use and won’t go back to the app after I login.
