海外で使えない
中国に住んでいる日本人ですが、中国の身分証がないと海外の物を買えなかったり、日本や韓国旅行時にAlipayが使えなかったりかなり不便です。工作证でも適用して欲しいです。 我是在中国工作的日本人。如果没有中国身份证，就无法购买海外商品，而且在日本或韩国旅行时无法使用支付宝，非常不方便。我希望也可以使用工作证。 I am a Japanese working in China, and it's quite inconvenient if I don't have a Chinese ID card because I can't buy overseas goods or use Alipay when traveling to Japan or Korea etc. I would like it to be applicable even with a work permit.

まだ使ってない、。 バンクカードってゆうちょ銀行でもいけるの？ 正直PayPayに大きく劣ると思う。 ユーザーインターフェイスがダメダメ。🙅♂️
返金されません
帰国後、残額(数千円)の返金をクリックしました。そのプロセスは成功と表示されましたが、一向に返金されません。もう、7か月経ちます。このソフトは利用しない方が良い。
楽天モバイルのSMS認証
電話番号を登録しようとしたら、SMS認証の画面が出るのですが、一向に認証のメッセージが届きません。 何度かリトライすると、時間が経ってから再度、認証を受けるようメッセージが出ます。 楽天モバイルは、対象外なのでしょうか？

カスタマーサービスは詐欺です
利用者の保護をする為にお金を要求してきます。 更にカスタマーサービスとの約束は守られた事がありません。 この様なアプリは基本的に使ってはいけない

チャージ(TopUp)するのに中国で作った銀行口座との紐付けが必須のため、海外からの旅行者、短期滞在者にとっては使えない。クレジットカード紐付けでチャージできるTourCardも不安定で使えないので要注意。サービス停止したTourPassは便利だったようだがTourCardは使えないと思った方が良い。
