What is the purpose of having an app that you cannot rely on when you go to China? Very flaky app sometimes ok but more frequently than not the transactions cannot push through. Almost 99% of the time fail. It is very difficult when a lot of merchants seldom accept cash nowadays .
Best useful app for payment and money transfer in China
如果我是中国人就行，我以为如果我住海外可以加入信用卡,太离谱 Cant add any credit cards despite the app being registered abroad, what’s the purpose of having a foreign version of the app
Please i suggest that make it easy if transfering money to our own bank becasue you know i have my money in my alipay but its useless because i cant use it its so hard very hard to use

How am I supposed to Navigate this app if it’s not even in English? Been trying to call or reach your customer service but no luck. Who can I talk to about international accounts?

Why in identity verification my bank cars number is not accepted?
Alipay added a lot unnecessary features which makes the app too big, too many caches occupied a lot of storages and I don’t know how to clear it up. And as for the unnecessary notifications is too much. BAD APP EVER.
