The service is zero. If you have any problem they do not help. I had a problem with verification my account the cannot help . I think they do not wnat to help users. I tried 100,000 times to verify but still i have the same problem. Customer service chat always answered the same thing that they cannot help. Well, I’m from another country maybe for this reason they do not want to help me….. I do not recommend this app. You will lose your money…… shame !!!!

Blocked my money for 10 days, even if I show proves gave contact of person who sent me money. I have been using this app for 7 years and first time this issue. You could just check my history. I dont have any criminal history. So mad
capricious app
I exchamged usd to yuan with third party and put around 1000$ to alipay account. Now I can neither pay for product nor transfer another person’s account. Bunch of verifications, I confirmed all of them but the app keeps giving error. would not recommend for international users. app is designed for chinese people and not for international b2c/b2b

看手机的时候，支付宝没有任何提示情况下偷偷拍了我的脸，然后悄悄自动生成了一个支付协议，导致我的支付宝账户资金被连续盗刷
