## Alive App Description
Download the Alive App and start using the benefits of ISIC, ITIC, IYTC, Alive and AliveID to the fullest. With your digital card, you will gain easy access to your Alive Profile, discounts, and competitions.

- Your Alive Profile
You will activate a digital version of your ISIC, ITIC, IYTC, Alive and AliveID card by signing into the app. You can manage your details, discounts, and competitions in your profile.

- ISIC, ITIC, ITYC, Alive and AliveID
By signing into the app, you will get a digital card that you can use to claim discounts on transportation and with our benefit partners, both in the Czech Republic and abroad. Thanks to the app, you will never miss out on renewing your card, the app will notify you when your current card is near expiry. For now, it is not possible to use your digital card in schools and school systems yet due to technical reasons.

- Insurance
Do you have ISIC insurance and are you travelling? No more paperwork. Now you can have all your insurance information and terms and conditions on your phone. This service is available only in specific countries.

- Discounts
Thanks to the app, you can have discounts at your fingertips. Filter discounts by location, type, or quickly go to your favorites, which you can easily save in one click. You will never miss out on any special or limited offers again.

- Competitions
You do not have to register for each competition anymore. All you need to enter a competition is to be logged in to your Alive Profile.

The Alive App brings you a range of benefits that make your life easier. The Alive App is operated by GTS ALIVE Group, s. r. o., which, together with exclusive distributors of ISIC, ITIC, IYTC, Alive and AliveID cards, enables the use of cards and related services in the Alive App.

Průkaz při přesunutí aplikace do mezipaměti zbělá. Takto základní problém nejsou vývojáři schopni opravit několik let. I když je to z důvodu bezpečnosti, pak neustálé zvyšování jasu z bezpečnostního důvodu už určitě není. Snad každý člověk si přizpůsobí jas dle svých požadavků.

V predesle isic aplikaci vse fungovalo, do teto se nelze prihlasit, heslo jsem kontrolovala i se starou aplikaci, kdyz teda to stale neslo, tak jsem zazadala o zmenu hesla, pres kterou se tez nedostanu, protoze mi to vzdy napise “chyba hesla nebo uzivatelskeho jmena.”
Nevim uz co vis pro prihlaseni ucinit.

Jednou když jsem měla jet busem domů ze školi tak jse mě řidič busu plal kolik mi je (protože jsem řekla poloviční ale nevipadala jsem na poloviční).A já odpověděla že jedenáct ale vypadala jsem na patnáct nechtěla jsem se s ním hádat  tak jsem mu v appce alive app ukázala můj isic a on řekl dobře dobře tak to bude 16 kč a já byla šťastná (samozřejmě v duchu) a šla jsem si sednout 
Takže moc děkuju že tahle applikace existuje <3

I’ve tried to install this app some time ago and it didn’t work well I had problems with loading the card and logging in. So I deleted the app and used only the older app ISIC and thought maybe in the future it will improve the bugs. However, now that I installed it again to try it about a year later it has problems with logging in again. Even when I type the right password it tells me it is incorrect and when I try to change the password so I could get in it doesn’t let me and tells me I need to type the verification code even tho I already did that and just won’t let me in nor offers me any other option what to do. And also I can’t find anywhere what to do when this problem occurs.
