It was my favorite, but now it doesn’t show any ring data at all. It is really strange. Considering deleting
That’s it. The app keeps crashing. My iPhone is up to date, thinking there might be an issue with the phone I rebooted it. I finally got through the welcome screen and was able to grant permissions but then it kept crashing. I finally deleted it.
1 star for great app idea However, the app crashes as soon as I open it so I can’t even access any data☹️
Crashes everytime after you add health data, doesn’t even open. iPhone is fully updated.
I used this before and it was great. Now any time I open the app it just crashes.
When I first purchased this app it worked great. Now it will not even open. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and the app still does not open. I have reached out to Apple and the seller and have got no response.
Since the New year my all rings has to restored every day for the calendar to add the new day progress. I paid for the ring for life when it first came out. Before you had to have a subscription. Now I have to restore every day why is this? I love the app but this is a pain. It has gotten worse since 2024. It was bad last you having to restore my settings every couple of days. Now I have to refresh two to three time a day for it to catch up,😢
I typically do 2 sessions of bike riding in the morning, one indoor and one outdoor. The app flat out won’t acknowledge the outdoor cycle selection so if I want any credit towards exercise, then I have to set it as indoor cycle. Then after a short break, I do the actual indoor cycle and the app recognizes that. Today I only had time for one session in the morning so I did the outdoor and figured I could do an indoor session later in the afternoon hours, Wrong! I was on the indoor bike for 20 minutes and it won’t start recording activity. I stopped and started it repeatedly, but it is stuck on the last number of minutes from my morning session. So apparently, any change from your usual routine is too much for the app to understand! Unbelievable!
I can’t get the app to open, it pulls up and acts like it will open but closes right away.
