I was given a $100 off coupon when I first signed up. I went to use the coupon and the site frozen and reloaded and the coupon switched to a $20 off one. I had screenshot the coupon, so I emailed customer service and showed them the coupon. They said the coupon said “up to $100” even though it very clearly did not. Customer service was dismissive and I lost out on $80.

App is fine. Company misleads consumers with hype about Botox day. Buy one $50 card get one free. Customer service cannot verify how many gift cards they have for promotion. When you try to buy they are “sold out”.

Over the years… However ALLE has No viable Customer Service in which they Acknowledge Your Rewarded points…& then They DECIDE when they are going to take them Back ! 
They actually “STEAL YOUR Hard - EARNED DISCOUNTS‼️
So when you decide to be treated and are depending on those points for your needed and appreciated discount THE 800 - 1200points were literally DISCARDED‼️
Moreover , ALLE is Actually Deciding WHEN it’s time for YOUR Treatment? 
That’s A-Travesty! As the POINTS were EARNED Already🙄
There’s No Point in trying to Contact them as They haven’t any Workforce in the area of Customer Service ! So disappointing!

I have gone on SMedia and have Alerted People to These Unfair Practices!
So don’t be fooled by their cool looking Add Campaign as They are stealing your Points to Fund them👎🤔

I’m very disappointed and upset about the changes. Whose idea was it to remove the concept of exchanging points for money off a service, and replacing it with exchanging points for services AND then charging injector fees? I looked forward to getting a few dollars off from time to time, but now I need to be on some “A list” and other unnecessary nonsense. These are changes no patient asked for. I bet this is only to benefit the pockets of the businesses.
