App is fine. Company misleads consumers with hype about Botox day. Buy one $50 card get one free. Customer service cannot verify how many gift cards they have for promotion. When you try to buy they are “sold out”.

What happened to the link to purchase gift cards ??

I’m very disappointed and upset about the changes. Whose idea was it to remove the concept of exchanging points for money off a service, and replacing it with exchanging points for services AND then charging injector fees? I looked forward to getting a few dollars off from time to time, but now I need to be on some “A list” and other unnecessary nonsense. These are changes no patient asked for. I bet this is only to benefit the pockets of the businesses.

Love this app. So easy to use, plus it’s a great program.

Says any phone number I enter isn’t available App isn’t smart enough to know if you already opened an account and have a phone number on file. So if you have opened an account but haven’t logged in in a long time or are trying to register as a new account it just says not available rather than this number is already being used.

Won’t download after reading all the recent reviews. Please don’t use Ai as it’s glitchy and perhaps may be the cause of all the issues people re encountering . When it’s fixed I may download but meanwhile will only give provider my member number and they can do it all on their computer at the office or just use a private browser . Thanks

I am unable to log out of the patients profile. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app.

I absolutely love these products. Getting a few injections is so much easier and less painful than plastic surgery. And not a lot of down time is a definite bonus!

This is my second time visiting Allure. I can’t remember who I saw the first time but she did a fantastic job on my list. This time I saw Kylie, and she was amazing! Highly recommend!

Set up login using email through link. However the App asks for phone to log in. I updated my password and I still can’t log in on the app
