## Allegacy Federal Credit Union Reviews in United States

### *---- "Constantly locked out"
Seems like all they ever do anymore is maintenance, used to only be once a month on a Sunday for a few hours. Seems like anymore it’s every week and no certain day or time.. Today we are on hour 12 of “system up dates” get it together already..
-- moose1008, 2024-10-16

### ***-- "No muy satisfecha del servicio al cliente"
No tienen personal qué hablé español, antes si tenían y eso me atrajo del banco
-- Luplg, 2024-09-12

### ***** "Best bank"
Wonderful service and staff people couldn’t be better I have been with Alegcy many years they are the best. I thank you all From theresa McGuinness
-- Blue eyed terry, 2024-08-12

### **--- "Troubleshoot"
It needs update can’t login to my statements
-- Junefromdatre, 2024-07-29

### *---- "can’t even see my money"
for the love of God, stop trying to change the way the app looks. it’s fine the way it is. i can’t even see my accounts right now
-- elliot 🎃, 2024-05-14

### ***-- "PLEASE FIX THE SEARCH FUNCTION"
I rarely use a home computer anymore. This app has been mostly great, however, if you’re looking for a specific charge, it’s impossible with the app. The search bar is there but you can’t access it because of the way the layout is designed.
-- Yetti arg, 2023-08-21

### *---- "Awful app and worse bank"
Avoid this place at all cost if you want a bank that actually cares.
-- Disappointed Panthers Fan, 2023-02-28

### ***** "Allegacy App"
Greatly designed and Simple to use. I appreciate it.
-- JohnnyVB715, 2023-01-28

### *---- "Mobile Deposit broken"
Same as others are reporting.
-- stevelama, 2022-10-25

### ****- "Check deposit feature"
I am having trouble depositing a check through the mobile app. I enter the amount to deposit and I hit the front button to capture the check and it goes to a blurry screen and says to rotate device to continue to deposit and it won’t do anything past that. I’ve rebooted phone updated the iOS. And deleted the app and reinstalled app same problems.
