UI is hard to navigate

I’ve used several banking system and Alliance bank is the most cumbersome to navigate, both app and online wise

Please upgrade app

App is not smooth to use…Lagg…not friendly to use

Can’t transfer money

Better check system for IOS. I’m using this app on ip7+ before and have no problem with it. Now I’m using ip14 and that’s where the problem started. First I couldn’t transfer money to other bank, even after updated to the latest version of this app. Recently I couldn’t login in both allianceonline web and app. Please fix. Thank you..

Always got problems

I couldn’t transfer money to other accounts, been few days already. Please fix this issue ASAP

Can't pay Can' transfer

Always loading apps, improve your apps, for happy using...

Token Unactive.

I think I use this app for transactions 10 times, around 7 times will show me apps token inactive, need to call customer support…

Needs a redesign

The app is horrible in deep need of redesign

Enhancement

Please allow integration with apple pay for your credit card. The apps is user friendly but the user interface quite outdated. Would be good if you enhance the user interface.

Slow and not user friendly UX UI

Slow to Mother Earth. Unable to make payment at all….
