He intentado registrarme, recibí el pin por mi correo electrónico y al intentar crear mi contraseña el app se queda “procesando” por horas y no continúa o da algún mensaje de error. Imposible de usar

Desde hace más de un mes está app no me permite acceder, restablecí contraseña, he puesto PQRS, reinstalé la app! Nada funciona! Nadie en Allianz tiene una solución certera y real, es más, admiten no tener idea del tema! Es desesperante!
