皆さんは毎日テレビでニュースを見ていますか？自分はニュースを見ない、と言うより、テレビさえ自宅にはありません。ニュースとは言っても、知らない間に芸能界の話になっていたり、食べ歩きの話になったりで、そのうちにテレビを数年前に廃棄しちゃいました。でも世の中で起こっている出来事に興味がない訳ではありません。むしろ逆にニュース中毒で、数十分に一度は仕事の合間にインターネットで最新の情報を入手しています。ただ仕事中に数十分に一度あちこちのニュース・サイトを訪問するのも疲れちゃいます。その理由から、同時に複数の情報源からのニュースを読みたい、という人達のために開発したのがこのオールニュースというアプリで、デスクトップ用につくった「NewsRoll」というアプリケーションが原型となっています。

オールニュースはiPhoneとiPadの両方で使えるアプリです。複数のニュース・サイトを訪問するのではなく、1つのアプリ内で同時に複数の情報源からRSSフィードを通してニュースを読むためのものです。このアプリではニュースの見出しをリスト化して、ユーザー各自がスクロールして読みたい記事を見つける、というような子供だましの作り方はしていません。オールニュースではそれぞれの情報源からの記事の見出しを水平上に並べ、それを自動的に右から左へスクロールさせています。もし流れて来る記事の見出しで興味を引くものがあれば、ただその見出しをタップしてください。その際は、実際の記事全文をウェブ・ブラウザーで読むことができるようになっています。またRSSフィードに詳しくない、という人達のために、100以上のニュースのRSSのURLをまとめてライブラリ化しているので、その中から幾つか選んでニュースを同時に簡単に複数流すことができます。

- 主な機能 -

1. 同時に複数の情報源からニュースの見出しを右から左へと自動的に流します。
2. 端末を縦（portrait）または横（landscape）にしてもニュースを読むことができます。
3. アプリが定期的に自動でニュースの見出しを更新します。またはいつでも強制的にアプリにニュースの見出しを更新させることもできます。
4. 流れて来るニュースの見出しで興味のあるものをタップすれば、実際の記事をウェブ・ブラウザーを通して読むことができます。
5. 100以上のニュースのRSSのURLをライブラリ化しているので、その中からどれかを選択して簡単に複数のニュースを流すことができます。
6. ニュースが流れるスピードを調整することができます。
7. 定期的に更新するニュースの頻度を10分から60分の間で調整することができます。
8. ニュースの上下の順番を変えることができます。
9. 追加機能：ニュースが更新された時点で、新しい記事の見出しには「新着」という単語が見出しの前に加わります。またそれぞれのニュースの情報源名に新しい記事の数が表示されます。
10.追加機能：ソーシャル・メディア（フェースブック、ツイーター、Weibo、TencentWeibo）または他のアプリ（メッセージ、メール、メモ）そしてAirDropなどを通して選択する記事を共有することができます。
11.14ページに渡る使用書をアプリ内で閲覧することができます。
12.言語：英語または日本語。
13.アプリのサイズ: 32.5 MB.

- 制限 -

1. RSSのニュース・フィードを定期的に引き出すため、WiFiまたはWWAN（LTEなど）の回線への接続が必要です。
2. 画面右上にあるメニューを展開するには、端末を縦（portrait）に持つひつようがあります。
3. Jailbrokenされている端末ではこのアプリは正常に機能しない可能性があります。
