The most useless App ever
App doesn’t work
Upon downloading, the app neither allows you to sign in or sign up for the service. Useless
terrible app
glitches constantly and isn’t working more than it is
Awful app
I don’t recommend this app!! You can barely request your rota in a calendar view, instead you have to scroll to find the dates you would like. It misses out some shifts. Every time you request a shift, it reloads the page, which delays your request time. I much prefer the Allocate/E-roster/healthroster app
Developers no longer bother responding
Despite hundreds of bad reviews this app has not improved. Up till a year ago its developers used to ask for feedback to be sent to their email. Now they don’t. Regardless of how much criticism this app gets they don’t bother improving it because they are assured of their pay from NHS whether it serves the purpose well or not. So why would they invite misery to their inbox? WhatsApp serves billions of people by sending and receiving videos, pictures, voicemails and texts daily without a glitch 365 days a year, securely, quickly, instantaneously. Why don’t Loop developers learn from WhatsApp developers how to develop and run a successful app? And why doesn’t NHS choose a different app to replace Loop?

Love having to uninstall, and then reinstall every 2-3 weeks to keep this thing working. Great work development team 👍🏻
App keeps lagging
The Idea of loop was good and I like the features, however, the app keeps lagging, it’s hard to find shifts when it’s like this. I’ve tried reporting the issue via email and I haven’t heard anything back. I hope they fix the issue.
