I don’t recommend this app!!
You can barely request your rota in a calendar view, instead you have to scroll to find the dates you would like.
It misses out some shifts.
Every time you request a shift, it reloads the page, which delays your request time.
I much prefer the Allocate/E-roster/healthroster app

Despite hundreds of bad reviews this app has not improved. Up till a year ago its developers used to ask for feedback to be sent to their email. Now they don’t. Regardless of how much criticism this app gets they don’t bother improving it because they are assured of their pay from NHS whether it serves the purpose well or not. So why would they invite misery to their inbox? 
WhatsApp serves billions of people by sending and receiving videos, pictures, voicemails and texts daily without a glitch 365 days a year, securely, quickly, instantaneously. Why don’t Loop developers learn from WhatsApp developers how to develop and run a successful app? And why doesn’t NHS choose a different app to replace Loop?

The Idea of loop was good and I like the features, however, the app keeps lagging, it’s hard to find shifts when it’s like this. 

I’ve tried reporting the issue via email and I haven’t heard anything back. 

I hope they fix the issue.

I am being forced to use this waste of space app by my NHS trust to book bank shifts. I can’t see the bank shifts because the screen jumps around CONSTANTLY, it jumps back and forth between dates etc. I rely on bank shifts so this is an absolute disaster for me! If I could give it zero stars I really would.

When this app works, it’s brilliant, clear and easy to use and navigate, I like that I can see the whole month of shifts booked, so I can glance when I have free time etc, BUT it doesn’t work very often, lots of issues with accessing bank shifts, unable to see bank shifts to book them due to “no information available for this period” when moments earlier there were multiple shifts and multiple days. Infuriating, now I can’t book any shifts, today onwards, as apparently the NHS is fully staffed permanently! This has happened frequently, and it’s getting old now, please sort it out
