Parents set a weekly allowance and create tasks with real consequences. When tasks are completed, the full allowance is kept. When they are skipped, money is lost — automatically. No nagging, no negotiating, no forgetting. HOW IT WORKS Parents sign up, create a family profile, and share a simple QR code. Once scanned, devices are connected instantly — no passwords, no separate app store accounts required, zero friction. From there, parents assign weekly tasks with penalty amounts attached. Miss a deadline? The deduction happens automatically. Complete everything? Full allowance, every time. BUILT FOR REAL FAMILIES Weekly allowances that reset automatically Real-time task boards visible across household devices Photo and video proof of task completion Bonus board for extra earning opportunities Payment history so everyone stays accountable WHY LOSS AVERSION WORKS Most allowance apps offer a reward after the fact. Allowable flips the model — everyone starts with their full allowance and works to protect it by completing tasks. Research consistently shows that people work harder to avoid losing something than to gain the same thing. Your household will too. FREE TIER One profile, up to 5 active tasks. No credit card required. See if it works for your family before committing. ALLOWABLE PRO Unlimited profiles, unlimited tasks, recurring tasks, bonus boards, payment history, and priority support. $4.99/month or $49.99/year.
