SET IT AND FORGET IT Enter your child's allowance amount, pick a schedule (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly), and AllowanceKit deposits it automatically. Even catches up if you forget to open the app. SAVE, SPEND, GIVE Split every deposit into custom buckets. Teach your kids the basics of budgeting without a single lecture. Rename buckets, adjust percentages, or add new ones to match your family's values. SAVINGS GOALS — NEW Give any bucket a goal — a bike, a game, anything — and let your kid pick a sticker to go with it. The bucket card fills up as they save, the whole screen celebrates when they get there, and the sticker joins their collection for keeps. FAMILY SHARING Manage allowances together. Invite the other parent with a QR code and they get full access from their own iCloud account, with every change syncing both ways. Grandparents can follow along view-only. KID'S OWN VIEW Kids check their balance, buckets, and history on their own device or the family iPad — even with their own Apple ID. Big, friendly numbers. Look, but not touch. Optional passcodes keep siblings out. VIRTUAL TRACKING ONLY AllowanceKit is a ledger, not a bank. No bank connections, no card numbers, no real money moves through the app. You handle the cash, we handle the math. THE WHOLE FAMILY, IN SYNC iCloud keeps every device up to date — yours, the other parent's, and the kids'. Add money on your iPhone, and it shows up everywhere. Works on iPhone, iPad and Apple silicon Macs. TRULY PRIVATE All data stays on your device and in your personal iCloud account. No servers, no analytics, no ads, no tracking. We literally cannot see your data. FREE VS PREMIUM • Free: 1 child, up to 3 buckets, all core features — and accepting any Family Sharing invite • Premium ($12.99 one-time): Unlimited children, unlimited buckets, savings goals, child device locking, overspending, creating Family Sharing invites No subscriptions. No recurring fees. Ever. ## AllowanceKit Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/4a/a1/80/4aa180a6-c465-25df-e4f6-17311579abd0/01-iphone-dashboard.png/1290x2796.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/c7/16/08/c7160874-b42d-43e9-6348-57dbdbca9278/02-iphone-kid-view.png/1290x2796.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/ab/ca/8f/abca8f13-1afc-1b8d-0ab3-91f68363eebb/03-iphone-goal.png/1290x2796.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/ca/18/0c/ca180cbf-4b11-d0d3-e51f-a21aedde76e0/04-iphone-confetti.png/1290x2796.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/08/aa/05/08aa0516-8938-85a2-019d-c9dc3f3be48e/05-iphone-sticker-case.png/1290x2796.png) - [Screenshot 6](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/f8/92/44/f8924430-00ba-3fda-2d72-8c84361ecf76/06-iphone-add-money.png/1290x2796.png) - [Screenshot 7](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/31/26/f0/3126f063-0073-40f1-1d95-5c66a5c76a7f/07-iphone-split.png/1290x2796.png) - [Screenshot 8](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/fd/82/11/fd821152-dd09-7866-9a57-50c9c9ea7009/08-iphone-transactions.png/1290x2796.png) - [Screenshot 9](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/24/df/bf/24dfbfe7-4d48-da2e-ac91-1cac308df0e4/09-iphone-widget.png/1290x2796.png) - [Screenshot 10](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/b7/bf/39/b7bf39d3-38f4-321f-1394-b8ddd4a20362/10-iphone-privacy.png/1290x2796.png) ## AllowanceKit Rating Breakdown in United States - 5 stars: 1 (100%) - 4 stars: 0 (0%) - 3 stars: 0 (0%) - 2 stars: 0 (0%) - 1 stars: 0 (0%) ## AllowanceKit Reviews in United States ### *---- "Doesn’t Automatically Deposit" This App claims it makes automatic deposits, but it does not. The website has a FAQ which confirms they know they are lying in app description and on front page of their site. Developer is on Reddit downvoting against this, claiming it’s an “education tool only” (not mentioned) and they have unique interpretation of what “deposits automatically” means. -- @BeccaBailey, 2026-03-26 [View all AllowanceKit reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## AllowanceKit In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | AllowanceKit Premium | $4.99 | ## AllowanceKit Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/allowancekit-PWjz/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/allowancekit-PWjz/canada) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/allowancekit-PWjz/colombia) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/allowancekit-PWjz/hong-kong) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/allowancekit-PWjz/mexico) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/allowancekit-PWjz/new-zealand) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
