## ALLPOWERS Reviews in United Kingdom

### ***** "Excellent & very pleased."
I’m using this app with my Monster X pro & its perfect, the Bluetooth range is very good. I initially tested the device at home, leaving the Monster X where it would normally be stationed & the Bluetooth covered my whole house & into my garden & around my house, if you do happen to wander out of range the app will prompt you to re-connect simple by pressing the re-connect if you wish to do so. Happy customer!!

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
As others have said, if you expect this app to access and control your ALLPOWERS Solar generator, forget it. Yes it connects sometimes, yes it works sometimes. Mostly it freezes, crashes and won’t work unless you uninstall and reinstall every time you want to get a reliable connection.
Shame because ALLPOWERS generators are good. Why allow their reputation to be dragged down by this?

### *---- "Unintelligent App to control Solar Generator"
If your hoping that this application will control your ALLPOWERS solar generator then think again, this is the most useless app out there apparently you need to be in an open field and not using an IOS or Samsung phone…..really come on what a useless piece of ####@% suggest if your in the market go buy an EcoFlow River at least it will work the Application the unit is okay customer service non existent….. it’s the last ALLPOWERS product I will ever purchase do not recommend….

### *---- "No longer working after update."
It was a great app but no longer can can next via Bluetooth. No support to help fix. Please can you fix the app as I have come to depend on it.

### *---- "App didn’t work. Change this."
We have all paid £240 for a high end generator and the Bluetooth function is crap.

Why have a Bluetooth function for this battery that didn’t work with the app?

The app is in Chinese and the English is poorly translated.
For example: About is ‘Aboout’

I will attempt to communicate in Chinese to give them the message the app is useless...

### *---- "No longer works after latest update."
Created account but won’t recognise password, comes up with message in Chinese for an English user ! Might be error message but don’t understand the language also not possible to change password or account details.

### *---- "App Crashes when you try to do a Scan"
The Allpowers App for the 372W Generator doesn’t work properly as keeps on Crashing when you Scan for Bluetooth, as the App keeps on shutting down! It has Great features when the App decides to work!

Seriously Please fix this issue ASAP!

Thanks!
-- deanrwp, 2020-07-05

### *---- "Pretty useless"
Doesn’t connect via Bluetooth, don’t buy the portable generator if you’re going to need the iPhone connection.
